Return Policy & Process

 

We accept returns for wholesale and retail orders only.
We currently do not offer returns for dropship orders.
We do not offer any exchanges at this time.

You have 7 calendar days from when the order is delivered to initiate a return by sending us an email. 

Orders must be returned back to the original ship from location.

PLEASE DO NOT return items that do not meet the following criteria as it will not be refunded:

You have 14 Days from Delivered Date to ship item(s) back

We do not provide return labels or refund any shipping costs.

Clearance Items, lingerie, swimwear and under garments are FINAL SALE. No return or exchanges unless due to manufacture defect. 

Item(s) must be brand new, unused, unwashed, without perfume or personal odor and store back to it's original bag 

Customer is responsible for all returned shipments until the Seller receives the product. Any lost or missing return item(s) during transit time is the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your tracking number for records.

Once we receive the return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will go back to the original form of payment.

Claims On Shortages & Damages 

After receiving your products, please inspect them thoroughly. You have 5 calendar days from when the order is delivered to notify us of a damaged product or missing item. When contacting us regarding a damaged or defective item(s), please provide pictures of the damages (close-up and full shot), your invoice number, style number, color, size, and number of damaged or defective item(s). If there are manufacture defects in multiple units of a single style, please take a picture of the items all in one photo showing the damages. It can take 1-3 business days to investigate and confirm. Thank you
