SHIPPING TIME

Will there be tariff fees?

Effective April 22, 2025, orders shipping to the US will ship via AIR-US Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). DDP means tariffs are being paid in advance by the Seller (us). Buyers will not have to pay tariffs.

Orders shipping to outside of the US (Canada, Australia, Europe and beyond) will continue to ship via International Express. Duties may apply and buyers are responsible to make any payment due to the courier prior to delivery. Please check with your local customs/courier policy for more details. 

What is your processing and shipping time?

All in-stock orders (for both domestic and international) will be processed within 24-48 hours to reserve stock. Once processed, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

Once processed, US orders will ship via AIR-US. We will load tracking in 3-5 business days from the processed date. The transit time is 10-15+ Business Days. The expected turn around time from when the order is processed to when the order is received is about 2-3 Weeks.  Please always cushion dates and plan your buys accordingly. 

Once processed, orders shipping outside of the US (Canada, Australia, Europe, and etc) will ship via International Express. The transit time for International Express is about 5-10+ business days depending on your location. This is the fastest international shipping method available. 

Is there an option for faster shipping time to the USA?

International Express shipping is available for orders shipping to the US. However, tariff fees will apply. 

Which courier do you use?

We will ship your orders via UPS, FED EX, or DHL.

OPEN PACKS

All items are sold in open packs so that you may choose your best selling sizes & colors. Due to this, we will fulfill what is available based on your order. If you wish to only receive a "Full Size Range", it's very important to notate this on your order or message us immediately once you process the order.

PRODUCT TAGS 

Products come without tags so that you can add your own branded tags. The product will include a care tag that has the size, fabric content, and washing instructions
