TARIFFS

Do I have to pay for tariffs?

For US Orders
No import or tariff fees for any wholesale, retail, or dropship orders.

For International Orders
Orders shipping to outside of the USA, local and import taxes may apply in some countries and are not included in the shipping cost charged. The purchaser or recipient of the cargo is responsible for all such taxes and duties owed. If you have any questions, please check with your local customs before ordering.

OPEN PACKS

All items are sold in open packs so that you may choose your best selling sizes & colors. Due to this, we will fulfill what is available based on your order. If you wish to only receive a "Full Size Range", it's very important to notate this on your order or message us immediately once you submit the order.

PRODUCT TAGS 

Products come without branded tags so that you can add your own custom tags. The product will include a care tag that has the size, fabric content, and washing instructions. The care tag is located normally on the side seam of the garment. Most of our retailers will add their own custom paper tags to the product. You're welcome to add your own sewn-in-label to the product as well! 

CANCELLATION
What if I need to cancel an order?

We do our best to process/fulfill all orders at the speed of light! If you submit an order that needs to be cancelled or modified, please email us right away. Once an order is processed, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.

DROPSHIPPING

Yes! We offer a free dropshipping service for those who have a Shopify website. You can seamlessly connect your inventory and orders with us and fulfill orders in a click of a button (or two!). 3PL Fulfillment Service
