Return Policy for Retail Orders:
You have 7 calendar days from when the order is delivered to initiate a return by sending us an email.
We are not offering Exchanges at this time.
DO NOT return items that do not meet the following criteria as it will not be refunded:
You have 14 Days from Delivered Date to ship item(s) back
We do not provide return labels or issue refunds on any shipping cost.
Clearance Items, lingerie, swimwear and under garments are FINAL SALE. No return or exchanges unless due to manufacture defect.
Item(s) must be brand new, unused, unwashed, without perfume or personal odor and store back to it's original bag
Customer is responsible for all returned shipments until the Seller receives the product. Any lost or missing return item(s) during transit time is the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your tracking number for records.
Once we receive the return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will go back to the original form of payment.
